Guide:
Step 1:
Open Command Prompt (CMD) 
Step 2: 
After opening CMD, copy the following command, and hit Enter.

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

 Step 3:
Open Control panel > Power options. and select Ultimate Performance

 Done and you are good to go. Just select balance if you dont want to use the ultimate plan.
